   Ballet Fantastique class sizes are limited to 8 students per class (and only 5 students per class in our Professional Training Division) for a safe and appropriate learning environment and to ensure that each of our students achieves their highest athletic and artistic potential. Dancing at Ballet Fantastique gives you the benefits of a large school's high-caliber training with the semi-private atmosphere of a personal coach—all at a fabulous value.    Each Ballet Fantastique dancer (including our youngest students!) is given diverse and extensive performing experiences often unavailable at other dance schools. These productions equip our students for careers in an increasingly competitive dance world, build poise and artistic skills—and are lots of fun! Dancers in the Professional Training Division are invited to expand their professional performance résumé further by auditioning for Apprenticeships in our Chamber Performance Ensemble.

   Awaken the star in your child! Under the careful watch of qualified teachers, each of Ballet Fantastique's young students develops rhythm, social and performance skills, and self-expression while exploring the joys of dance. Our age-appropriate dance syllabus for children uses concepts to which kids can relate to introduce movements progressively and in a way that makes sense to them. Engaging music from Disney to Chopin, creative projects, and our one-of-a-kind Fairytale Summer Dance Camps make for a warm, inspiring environment.

   Ballet Fantastique's Professional Division follows the eight levels of the internationally renowned Vaganova Training Syllabus , a notated and progressive program that has produced dancers in almost every professional company in the world. Its codified technical approach makes for INJURY-FREE training that is a rarity at schools without a specific training method. Each year, students are invited to demonstrate their accomplishments in an evaluation examination in which they receive personal feedback about their strengths, suggestions for their training, and a level graduation medal.

   Our bright, airy Academy is the choice rehearsal space for several professional dance companies for good reason! Ballet Fantastique is fully equipped with barres, mirrors, professional “sprung” dance floors, two walls of fourteen-foot windows, and a parent observation area with double French doors opening into the studio. It also transforms into an intimate performance space for our Preview Performance Series.
