Challenge your mind and body, get in shape, and feel great! Ballet is good for every body. This class builds leanness and flexibility to improve muscle tone, cardiovascular stamina, and better posture and an understanding of the fundamental concepts of ballet. Build strength and flexibility with specific gains in the muscle tone of legs, hips and abdominals. Prior dance/ballet experience is welcome, but not required (class taught to your personal level)! Come join in the fun.

These classes are especially for college students and adults who have had dance training and really want to get serious about growing their ballet technique and who also want class times that will fit with a school or work schedule. Classes are designed to promote excellent, clear technique, along with physical strength, flexibility, and alignment as more advanced concepts of ballet are introduced. Individual and group correction and instructions are given, and questions are encouraged.
Now's the time to start getting your powerfully fit summer body! Take ballet to get in shape, stay in shape, have fun, and have a motivating group that you're committed to. All classes are taught to your personal level, so you can progress without feeling overwhelmed.
Build core strength, flexibility, and muscle tone with Pilates-based exercises. This class will produce gains for dancers and non-dancers (parents, that's you!) alike.
