Communication
Parent participation plays an important role in student success. Ballet Fantastique has an open door policy and parents may contact the Academy office at 541-342-4611 throughout the year with any questions they may have.

Parents are encouraged to attend Parent Observation Days (scheduled monthly in the Children's Division) and Semester Evaluations/Level Exams (scheduled regularly for Professional Division students), and to schedule appointments with Ballet Fantastique instructors or directors at any time to discuss student progress or other issues. Out of our commitment to partner with each of our parents in their child's training and development, each Ballet Fantastique parent also receives an annual Progress Report for their child.

Making a Difference
Parents are a very important part of Ballet Fantastique and are encouraged to become involved! Here are some easy ways for you to make a big difference:

• Sign up for Escrip, and hundreds of local and national businesses will automatically make a donation to us every time you patronize their store. Simply click on "Sign Up," type in "Ballet Fantastique," and enter any credit/debit, or grocery store club cards. Every time you use a registered card at a participating store, they will donate money to us! It costs you nothing and is a completely hassle-free way to help out Ballet Fantastique every month!
• Support Ballet Fantastique's Dancer Scholarship Fund: make a monthly pledge. Each month, we will automatically add your pledge to your tuition total. A monthly pledge of just $25 can make it possible for a youngster to experience the joy of movement, and your donations are tax-deductible.
