Professional Registration

Audition Placement Class (required to register)

• Please join us for an Audition Placement Class ($14), which is a prerequisite for registration in Ballet Fantastique’s Professional Division. Out-of-state dancers may audition by video ».
• To schedule your Placement Class, please call us at 541-342-4611, or email us directly by clicking here ».
• Please bring your completed Ballet Fantastique Audition Form » with you to your Placement Class (you may also complete one at the studio).
• We advise all students to contact us » before coming in for a Placement Class.
• Upon enrollment, the Placement Class fee is applied towards your annual Registration Fee.

• Dancers who have completed the Audition Placement Class (see above) may click here for a printable Professional Division Registration Form ».
• Registration Forms for dancers who have successfully completed the application process may be mailed with the Annual Registration Fee (see below) to: Ballet Fantastique, 60 E. 10th Ave., Eugene, OR 97401.

Registration Fee

• A non-refundable annual Registration Fee is due at the time of enrollment during the months of September-June.
• $20 for Rising Stars (Young Dancer Program). Includes enrollment fees.
• $30 for Ballet Brilliante (Accelerated Beginning). Girls: Includes enrollment fees, PINK dancer waist elastic; Boys: Includes enrollment fees, t-shirt.
• $50 for Ballet Bravo (Intermediate) and Ballet Concerto (Intermediate Advanced). Girls: Includes enrollment fees, t-shirt, ankle warmers, BLUE or LAVENDER dancer waist elastic; Boys: Includes enrollment fees, t-shirt, and theraband.
• Families enrolling more than one student receive a $10 discount on each Registration Fee.
