Auditions

Ballet Fantastique accepts audition applications throughout the year for positions in our Chamber Company. Please submit a completed Ballet Fantastique Audition Form with your resume and application. The fee for the Audition Placement Class is $12 and is non-refundable. Dancers in the area or visiting the area are always invited to join us for a company class audition and interview.

Auditioning by Video (out-of-area applicants only)

Company positions should mail a dancer resume, the Ballet Fantastique Audition Form » a full body photo of the dancer (pose of your choice), and a current headshot. Also include a VHS or DVD with the following:

• Basic barre and center work, including adagio, pirouettes, petit allegro, and grande allegro, set to classroom music. Women should also include pointe work.
• Between 1-3 performance variations.
• Choreography samples, if available.
