Production Sponsorship Fund
Provide the talented and hard-working young professional
and student dancers in our Chamber Ensemble with the
opportunity to give back to the community though dynamic,
educational, local performances. Your donation covers
direct production costs like theater rental, costume
purchases and maintenance, and rehearsal expenses. With
your gift, we inspire community members of all ages,
backgrounds, and means, presenting high-quality, educational
productions in venues that range from elementary schools
to retirement homes, and the Soreng Theater to the public
library.
Some Example Production Costs
Make a donation to Ballet Fantastique and it's guaranteed
that it will go far. Donations will be used where they're
needed most for productions, but here's an example of
what yours can accomplish:
- Support us in meeting Hult Center production fees
for a performance in Studio One or the Soreng Theater,
$500-$2,000 (a number of complimentary tickets are
given to local schools)
- Sponsor an educational school production, $250
- Sponsor one of 15 performance pieces! Help us meet
coaching, costume, and rehearsal expenses:
- Four Little Swans (Swan Lake, Act II),
four dancers, $500
- Character dances (Sleeping Beauty, Act
III), including the Bluebird variation, the Sapphire
fairy, and Pas de Chat, an original Ballet Fantastique
interpretation of Petipa's Puss-in-Boots, $100/variation
(or give $275 for two)
- Little Red Riding Hood & the Wolf (Sleeping
Beauty, Act III), two nine-year-old Academy
students, $175
- Purchase a performer's tutu. Tutus cost from between
$180-$600, and, when treated with loving care, last
for up to 7 years
- Place an ad for your business in our program, starting
at $75
- Purchase a professional dancer's pointe shoes,
$70
- Make an in-kind donation of a good or service
