Jane is from Annapolis, Maryland. She began her training at Ballet Theatre of Maryland. She has also studied at the Kirov Academy of Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and Houston Ballet. Jane was selected three times for the Kennedy Center's Ballet Master Class Series. Jane has been a corps de ballet member of The Suzanne Farrell Ballet for seven seasons, where she has performed Balanchine's Monumentum Pro Gesualdo, Movements for Piano and Orchestra, Agon, Mozartiana, Divertimento No. 15, Swan Lake, Danses Concertantes, Emeralds, as well as Jerome Robbins's The Concert (Or, The Perils of Everybody).
With Ballet Fantastique, Jane has danced the role of Christmas Past in An American Christmas Carol (2015), the Rain Goddess in Tales from the Floating World (2017), and Queen Vashti in The Book of Esther: A Rock Gospel Ballet (2016).
