Dance Scholarship Fund

Vision

Most talented young dancers’ dream is simple: to be given the opportunity to develop their talent. “Opportunity” means a training school where they can study, dedicated professional coaches who will guide them as they grow, and someone who believes in them. Ballet Fantastique’s Dance Scholarship Fund fuels these students’ dreams, giving exceptional students the opportunity to cultivate their talent through pre-professional ballet training—and making a lasting impact on these young people and our world in the process. They are our next generation of artists.

Purpose/impact

The Scholarship Fund at The Academy of Ballet Fantastique provides exceptional young students and the world they will inspire through dance, creating a tangible, lasting impact—giving kids the opportunity to turn talent and passion into reality. The Ballet Fantastique Scholarship Fund takes both talent and financial need into consideration. Scholarships are awarded by the Scholarship Committee to youth (ages 7–21) on a pre-professional training track at The Academy of Ballet Fantastique. Scholarship recipients demonstrate:

• Exceptional artistic and athletic potential

• Uncommon passion for dance and a relentless drive for the pursuit of perfection in dance, even at a young age

• Promise for further outstanding achievement

• A commitment to "give back"

• Financial need
