Meet Aliyah

VITA

Originally from Boston, Aliyah began her ballet training at the age of three at Spindle City Ballet. At fifteen, she was accepted into The Nutmeg Ballet Conservatory in Connecticut, where she trained under Victoria Mazzarelli and Eleanor D’Antuano. During her time at Nutmeg, she performed numerous roles including Snow Queen, Marzipan Soloist, Snow Scene ensemble, Waltz of the Flowers ensemble in The Nutcracker, and both the Betrothal Pas de Deux and Friends roles in Coppélia. She also performed the Pas d’Esclave from Le Corsaire as a soloist.

In 2020, Aliyah joined Master Ballet Academy under the direction of Slawomir Wozniak and Irena Wozniak. She graduated from the program in 2025, during which time she also danced as a company member with Phoenix Ballet, the affiliated professional company of Master Ballet Academy. Her repertoire with Phoenix Ballet included The Nutcracker, Night on Bald Mountain, Slawomir Wozniak’s Waltz, and the Golden Swan Gala.

During her years at Master Ballet Academy and Phoenix Ballet, Aliyah additionally competed at the Youth America Grand Prix, performing Medora Act III, Waking Hour, and Opus.
