BALLET ON THE GREEN
SAFETY GUIDELINES
Please review these steps which we have established to promote safety for the collective benefit of all Ballet on the Green guests.
If you are sick or have been in contact with someone who has been sick
with COVID-19 or any other communicable illness in the last 48 hours,
please stay home and email events@balletfantastique.org for a future event credit.
Arrival flow + Check-in/check out
Registered attendees will receive an email prior to attendance including event information and instructions, including recommended arrival times.
To minimize in-person transactions, all guests must be paid in advance. To check in, give the name of the person under whose name the reservation and paid ticket(s) are held. Maintaining distance, event staff will direct you to your private/reserved cocktail table.
Staff + Service
Guests will be served a picnic box to take to their private/reserved table. Shadow Hills professional staff will be available to service your table if you are in need of assistance.
All artists and staff will be following approved protocols.
Staff must wear masks. All artists and staff must have health assessment and temperature check before working. Additionally, all BFan artists are fully vaccinated and operate under State of Oregon guidelines for professional sports teams.
Masks + Social distance
This event will be held entirely outdoors on the spacious Smith Garden + Fairway of Shadow Hills Country Club.
Maintain 6’ of distance between your household + other guests at all times. Masks are welcome, but not required for outdoor, socially distanced events with limited attendance where 6’ of distance is maintained.
Restroom + Club House access
Please bring your mask for restroom/Club House access.
A regular cleaning and sanitizing schedule of the Club House and grounds is maintained by Shadow Hills staff, including all interior buildings used by staff, artists, and patrons.
Ballet Fantastique and Shadow Hills rely on the efforts of its patrons to follow these safety guidelines as well as to use any additional techniques they may believe assist in the prevention and spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
Patrons acknowledge that adherence to these guidelines may not ensure protection against the contraction or spread of COVID-19. Ballet Fantastique encourages its patrons to monitor publicly available information and always to follow federal, state and local health organization guidance and government mandates. Further, these guidelines should not be interpreted as setting a standard of care, or be deemed inclusive of all proper methods of care nor as exclusive of other methods of care reasonably directed to obtaining the same results. These guidelines reflect Ballet Fantastique’s understanding of the available data at the time the guidelines were prepared. The results of future studies may require revisions to these guidelines.
