Meet Brianne

VITA

Brianne grew up in Webster, NY, where she began her ballet training at the age of 11 with the New York State Ballet Training Academy under the direction of Katherine Johnson, Robert Royce, and Lauren Tenney. During her time at NYSB, she had the pleasure of performing corps de ballet and soloist roles in The Nutcracker, Romeo and Juliet, Alice in Wonderland, and several other ballets. Brianne completed the graduate program at NYSB at the age of 16, then was accepted into Ballet West’s Professional Training Division, where she trained from 2020-2022. At 18 years old, she moved to Cincinnati, OH to attend Cincinnati Ballet’s Trainee Program under the direction of Sarah Hairston Berkley and David Morse. During her time at Cincinnati Ballet, she had the opportunity to perform various roles in main company productions, as well as soloist and corps roles in the Trainee program showcases. Her favorite roles at Cincinnati Ballet include Queen of hearts in Alice in Wonderland, soloist in La Vivandière, and Carabosee in Sleeping Beauty. Brianne continued her career as a Company Dancer at New York State Ballet for the 2024/25 season. 

Brianne is also a Certified Personal Trainer under the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and teaches private personal training sessions as well as a variety of different classes including conditioning/sculpt classes, conditioning for the dancer, and ballet. Brianne loves to inspire people to work towards their fitness goals and show everyone just how fun working out can be.
