Dr. Eliot Grasso is an award-winning, internationally recognized performer and recording artist. Grasso has performed extensively at venues including Constitution Hall, the Library of Congress, the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, National Geographic, and the Kennedy Center. He has collaborated with actor Russell Crowe, Grammy-winning conductor David Sabee, and Garrison Keillor. Contemporaries claim that Grasso’s “intuitive sense of melodic and technical variation make him one of the most creative and dynamic musicians in the contemporary world of Irish traditional music,” and call him “one of the finest uilleann pipers in the history of Irish music in America.”
Ballet Fantastique Resident Composer, guitarist, educator and music director Gerry Rempel has composed for and directed music ensembles for many Ballet Fantastique original productions, including Dragon and the Night Queen, The Book of Esther, Legend of Sleepy Hollow, Pride and Prejudice: A Parisian Jazz Ballet, and String Theory. He is a busy session recording artist and performs throughout the Northwest with numerous jazz fusion, blues, rock, soul/funk and fusion collectives, including Gerry Rempel Jazz Syndicate.
