I just subscribed. When do I receive my tickets?

Tickets are being processed at each of the venues.  We expect tickets to be in the mail in mid-September.  If you do not receive your tickets by the end of September, please call the Hult Center Ticket Office at 541-682-5000

I cannot locate the seating section I want via the online subscription process. What can I do?

Call the Hult Center Ticket Office at 541-682-5000 and the Box Office will discuss the best available seats with you in real time (hours: T-F, 12-5 pm).


Ticket exchanges are a subscriber benefit. Exchanges may be made within the same production for NO FEE in person at the Hult Center Ticket Office, or for a small fee by phone to the Hult Center Ticket Office. To exchange your tickets with no fee, please have your tickets in hand at the Hult Center Ticket Office. For more information, please call 541-682-5000 (hours: T-F, 12-5 pm).

How do I exchange my tickets for another BFan show?


I lost my tickets. What do I do?

If you lose your tickets and are a subscriber, please call the Hult Center Box Office at 541-682-5000, or visit in person (hours: T-F, 12-5 pm), and we will reissue your tickets. The new tickets can be picked up at the Will Call window starting an hour before performance time; you will need to present a valid ID in order to pick up your new tickets.


How can I purchase additional tickets?

Subscribers should call the Hult Center Box Office at 541-682-5000, or visit in person (hours: T-F, 12-5 pm), so that we can work to seat your group according to your preferences. For single tickets to productions not at the Hult Center, please call or email Ballet Fantastique at 541-342-4611 or info[at]balletfantastique.org.


Yes, pro-rated subscriptions or Patron's Choice (any three productions) are available for the remaining productions in a season. Please call the Hult Center Box Office at 541-682-5000, or visit in person (hours: T-F, 12-5 pm).

If the season has already started, can I still buy a subscription?


BFan subscribers are able to donate tickets. To donate your tickets for a tax-deductible gift, please call the Hult Center Box Office at 541-682-5000, or visit in person (hours: T-F, 12-5 pm). You can also scan and email your tickets and a request to donate them to info[at]balletfantastique.org, or mail your tickets and a request to donate them to Ballet Fantastique, 960 Oak St. Eugene, OR 97401. Ticket donations need to be completed at least 24 hours prior to the performance. All ticket donations will receive a tax receipt.

I want to donate my tickets. How do I do that?


Through a tax-deductible donation, Secret Society members of Ballet Fantastique help in numerous ways by providing pointe shoes for our ballerinas, bringing nearly local schoolchildren to Ballet Fantastique's Passport to Dance outreach performances, and providing opportunities for students to receive dance training with need- and merit-based scholarship and financial aid packages. Weather policy

Despite the weather, Ballet Fantastique is committed to honoring its performance calendar, and abides by the following policy:
Ticket sales for all Ballet Fantastique performances are final. There are no refunds.

In the rare event that a Ballet Fantastique performance cannot take place due to a weather emergency or another emergency situation, please check the website for frequent updates and more information on options for ticket holders. In cases of extreme weather, exchanges may be made available.
