This week to Get Ready for Rio, our dancer’s stopped by a few of our favorite boutiques in town to try on some perfect New Year’s Eve outfits!

OAK STREET VINTAGE
Arrivals: Rio, is set in mid-century South America, which is why we love Oak Street Vintage for finding New Year’s looks. Located at 500 Olive St (Farmer’s Union Building), this shop is home to a carefully curated collection of vintage, industrial and mid-century furniture, clothing, art, housewares, jewelry and records.
Check out our BFan artists Emilia and Esperanza Montero in matching Miss Elliette dresses at Oak Street Vintage! The red and aquamarine colors of these flowy chiffon gowns echo the vibrant colors of our show, making them a perfect look for this New Year’s Eve event.

Our artists Isabelle and Jenavieve tried on some amazing vintage-style gowns in the shop, that offer a fairytale feeling for your New Year’s celebration.

Buffalo Exchange, located behind 5th Street Market at 131 E 5th Ave, buys and sells vintage and used clothing for all genders! This store is full of so many interesting, unique pieces. We were lucky enough to find this vintage sequin dress, with perfect colors to ring in the New Year Rio-style!
