Dance Classes + Training Programs
The Academy of Ballet Fantastique is about real relationships and individual experience of the joy of dance, movement and artistry. We use a unique approach to teaching classical ballet technique that grows out of childhood play and adapts to each student’s physique and natural aptitude for movement.
Our instruction is individualized to best encourage each student’s artistic development. Advancement through our levels is based on technical accomplishment, emotional maturity, classroom interaction, personal work ethic, and readiness for the challenges of the next level.

Children ages 2+
Ballet Fantastique’s one-of-a-kind dance classes, ballet lessons, and storybook summer dance camps in Eugene for children ages 2-12 teach kids to express ideas and concepts—while building flexibility, coordination, musicality, expression, and confidence! Academy of Ballet Fantastique students are invited to perform throughout the year.

Audition for our Professional Performance Track

Youth ages 6–22
Classes in our Professional Training Division meet 3+ times/wk and boast an incredible 1:12 professional coach-to-student ratio for accelerated learning. Students are coached by Ballet Fantastique’s international teaching artist faculty (all Company artists with Ballet Fantastique), building distinctive artistic expression and empowered technical proficiency. The training program follows the internationally renowned Vaganova Syllabus.
Pre-Professional Academy of Ballet Fantastique students build skills in small, tight-knit training groups and perform throughout the year with the professional Ballet Fantastique Company at the Hult Center for the Performing Arts.

Jump in! Ballet Fantastique's Adult Program features Ballet Fantastique's beautiful downtown dance studios, learning at your own pace, and a fun and motivated atmosphere. Join us for classes in Adult Ballet, Adult Contemporary, and/or special workshops.
