I asked her how she felt she was doing so far in the intensive and she told me that she’s having a great experience so far and is glad she chose to do it...Thank you for helping Ysabella feel special...It has made a world of difference in her self-confidence.

23-24 Performance Track

Sept 2023-Jun 2024 || Dance at the Hult Center with the company!

Ballet theater is a practice in telling story through dance, and at the Academy of Ballet Fantastique, we inspire artful expression that culminates in performance, under the lights and in costume, alongside professionals, in front of a live audience.

Our classes serve as the rehearsals for the performances, and the rehearsals are an arena for challenge, exploration and growth through the discipline of our progressive, empowering Vaganova Training Syllabus.

Guided by Ballet Fantastique’s professional mentors and international faculty and teaching artists, students are encouraged to engage in dance technique, personal expression, character creation, and ensemble storytelling.

In many ways, this new program is an extension of what we have already been doing for 20 years. Now that performance preparation is core to our curriculum, the same excellence and exuberance exhibited by our professional company, will now be more intentionally fostered in our aspiring and advanced training students ages 6+.

Our Performance Track students are not only becoming skilled and artful dancers, but also informed and gracious performers who respect the technical and collaborative aspects of theater, follow backstage etiquette, and give generously to their community through their inspiring offerings of artful expression, disciplined skill, unabashed joy, and empathetic storytelling.
